The Texas A&M University System’s National Laboratories Office invites you to LANL Week, a Los Alamos National Laboratory networking and hiring event on main campus Tuesday, February 13, 2024, through Thursday, February 15, 2024.

If you are interested in serving our country through scientific development and application, manufacturing, operations, or infrastructure, then come learn how you can put your experience to work.

Representatives from multiple laboratory divisions will be conducting pre-scheduled interviews with prospective employees. If you are interested in serving our country while paying off those student loans, submit your resume today. Interview times are limited; do not delay in submitting your credentials.

Divisions

  • Weapons Engineering – Weapons Engineering (ALDW) integrates planning and execution of the stockpile stewardship program. Our team safely performs engineering, assembly, and testing, as well as weapons and explosives research. If you are interested in being interviewed, complete the ALDW Interview Interest Form here by Sunday, February 4, 2024.
  • Weapons Production – Weapons Production is responsible for the production of plutonium pits, detonators, and non-nuclear components, along with the necessary evaluation that ensures safe and reliable products. If you are interested in being interviewed, complete the ALDWP Interview Interest Form here on or before Sunday, February 4, 2024.
  • Facilities and Operations- The facilities and operations directorate are responsible for facility operations and maintenance, engineering, site infrastructure, campus comprehensive plan, and real estate management for 8.4 million square feet of laboratory facilities. Submit resumes to Tim Jacquez at tjacquez@lanl.gov.
  • Environment, Safety, Health, and Quality- ESHQ provides expertise in environmental protection and stewardship, radiation protection, industrial hygiene, and waste management. To apply, complete the Interview Interest Form within this document link: ESHQ.
  • Science, Technology and Engineering – Delivering mission success and innovative solutions to national security problems through the agile, rapid application of our transformational scientific capabilities. Submit your resume to Larry Thompson larrydtho@lanl.gov and the contact listed on the group you are interested in.
