LANL Week Hiring Event

The Texas A&M University System’s National Laboratories Office invites you to LANL Week, a Los Alamos National Laboratory networking and hiring event on main campus starting Monday, October 28, 2024 through Wednesday, October 30, 2024.

If you are interested in serving our country through scientific development and application, manufacturing, operations or infrastructure, come learn how you can put your experience to work. • Weapons Engineering – Weapons Engineering (ALDW) integrates planning and execution of the stockpile stewardship program. Our team safely performs engineering, assembly, and testing, as well as weapons and explosives research.
• Weapons Production – Weapons Production is responsible for the production of plutonium pits, detonators, and non-nuclear components, along with the necessary evaluation that ensures safe and reliable products.
• Facilities and Operations- The facilities and operations directorate is responsible for facility operations and maintenance, engineering, site infrastructure, campus master plan, and real estate management for 8.4 million square feet of laboratory facilities.
• Environment, Safety, Health, and Quality- ESHQ provides expertise in environmental protection and stewardship, radiation protection, industrial hygiene, and waste management.
• Science, Technology and Engineering – Delivering mission success and innovative solutions to national security problems through the agile, rapid application of our transformational scientific capabilities.
